Picture of Health is a privately owned fitness studio and gym in Melbourne Derbyshire, opened in 1999. Picture of Health is essentially a members fitness club offering a range of facilities including spacious fully equipped Cardiovascular & Resistance Gyms, *Personal Training, *Classes, *Toning Tables etc. (Some Facilities are available to non-members*)

The studio is a 3-floor conversion of a Victorian Shoe Factory, and still incorporates some of the original features, which lends real character to the spacious, bright and airy studios.

It is vitally important for a healthy life to take some form of exercise. The qualified and motivated staff caters for low level ability/fitness through to advance trainers. On joining you will be offered a full induction/personal-training programme commensurate with your ability, which will be updated on request as your fitness improves.
