About Us

As a partnership we opened Picture of Health Fitness Studio in March 1999. We carried out a massive conversion operation with expert help from family, friends and local tradesmen. Progress from derelict Victorian factory to bright and spacious Fitness studio is photographically recorded and displayed in the Foyer area.

We aim to provide a personalised friendly approach to exercise in pleasing surroundings, where you’re treated as an individual, not a membership number. Our extensive range of fitness equipment gives members the scope to carry out a comprehensive exercise programme.

The studio has proved to be popular, successful and reliable and we look forward to welcoming you to Picture of Health in the near future
